CeeLo Green is gearing up to release his fourth album titled "CeeLo Green... Is Everybody's Brother" this year. CeeLo first single off his new album will be "Only You" featuring Lauriana Mae. The single will hit iTunes this coming February 5, 2013 and the video scheduled to shot this week.
